I'd love to know how you made that page and get a better look at it. Is it digital? Need any supplies? I'm a HUGE scrapbooker (going away for a scrapbooking weekend on Saturday- no kids, no husband, no interuptions for TWO DAYS). You can get my email from my profile, I believe, if that is easier to reply to.
Thanks!

Hey MilitaryBrat,
I would really like to hear your comments on the shooting of a wounded enemy. My Dad is a vietnam vet and he tells me that it was a blatant warcrime from the soldier's body language. However, I'd appreciate some insider thoughts on the topic.
Thanks.

I am not a person who has any experience with this. But I can say the appearance of the video looked like a violation of rules of engagement. But that was from the two second clip the news played. which is certainly not enough information to convict someone. It looks bad.....but why would somebody.....a marine, commit him self to serving his country, to endure all the hardships, to go to war...and possibly give his life....only to throw it away....with a blatant violation of the rules of engagement in front of a reporter ....in front of a video camera. Unless the marine had a criminal record murdering individuals before he entered the service.... the marines taught him to kill. The video shows what looks like him shooting someone. The video doesn't show why. There are rules of engagement....and valid reasons to shoot someone......the video doesnt address the reason at all. It appeared as though the marine shot him.....but i didnt see or here in the video i saw and news clip wether he actually shot him...wether he killed him. And if he did....i it didn't say why....the guy appeared un armed but they often hide weapons under thier dress....

It is in my opinion that it isnt enough info to judge him. And likely if it were purely a criminal act he wouldn't be waiting for reporters to video tape it. At worse having never had combat stress my self....who am i to sit "in the rear" judging the guys risking their lives to keep me safe based on a 30 second video clip?
